Got the HK version mount and I couldn’t be happier. The locking system and quality of their build really is my only go to choice for aimpoint mounting. Why spend that much on the dot then skimp on a quality mount that’s built less than the optic itself? This will stand up to the same level of durability as the dot itself. Great product

I own like 4 or 5 of these mounts. I use them with Vortex SPARC red dots. I’ve used them with SPARC 1’s, 2’s, and now with the solar unit…..I’ve used them on a AR-15’s, an AK-47, an M-1 Carbine (with a rail for the upper forestock), a lever gun, and even on a shotgun. I’ve used the low and high mounts, and they all work fantastically!!!!

Solid. Holds zero. QD system is fantastic. I only buy Larue mounts.

Very high quality product. I used it on a Primary Arms SLX and it worked perfect. Cost the same as the red dot, but combined it makes a very affordable and high quality combo.

This review will come as no surprise to those of us who choose LaRue Tactical mount's for everything we mount to our pic rails. For those of you who are new to LaRue Tactical this review is geared more to you. All mounts are not created equally first and foremost. I realize one might think if I purchase an optic that cost's $600 + the mount is going to be good enough, well I agree for that amount of scratch the mount should be as thought out as well as the optic is. In my experience this is not the case. I purchased the Aimpoint CompM5 with the factor LRP mount and the tension bolt that put's pressure on the lever to keep it in place broke off when I tried to loosen it to open the lever an remove my Aimpoint CompM5. So having previous experience with LaRue Tactical mounts in the past it was a no brainer where I was going to purchase my replacement mount from. This LT660 mount is everything you will need to attach anyT1, T2 or CompM5 red dot sight to your weapon. I recommend you simply purchase your Aimpoint with the LaRue Tactical mount as a single purchase and skip the disappointment I experienced with the factory Aimpoint mount.

The machining and quality of this mount are top notch! I have discovered that this mount is a little too tall to properly co-witness your irons if you own a CompM5s with the low battery compartment (as opposed to the the CompM5 with the high compartment). I will be replacing this with a different Larue mount (I own four total!).

Best mount for the T2 on the market period. On the higher end but 100% worth it!
