ACOG RCO Mount

The LaRue ACOG RCO Mount is a precision quick-detach mount designed to position Trijicon ACOG optics farther rearward for improved eye relief and ergonomics. Originally developed for the ACOG RCO, this mount is especially beneficial for users running fixed stocks or body armor, while remaining compatible with all full-size ACOG models.

The contoured rear profile allows unobstructed access to the charging handle, and LaRue’s patented Speed Lever QD system delivers repeatable return-to-zero when removing and reinstalling the optic. Machined from solid bar-stock aluminum and finished with a durable matte black anodizing, the Larue ACOG RCO Mount is built for duty use where reliability and precision matter.

Each mount ships complete with mounting hardware, adjustment tools, thread locker, and installation instructions.

Excellent QD mount. it doesn't get much better than this. I owned a LT100, and numerous other mounts, but this one is my favorite. Even if you don't need the extra reach to the rear that it is capable of providing, it has a single throw lever, and is just as solid.

Machining and quality are superb just like all Larue products. Mounts solid and leave plenty room for back up irons and gives good clearance for the charging handle. Best acog mount available in my opinion. Had some dillo dust burgers while I installed it!

The RCO mount is perfect fit for the AUG and Tavor rifle. It allows the lever on the right side for both rifles. No interference with charging handles. It allows for mounting that doesn't interfere with the integrated rear iron sight on the Tavor rifle as well as give further latitude in establishing proper eye relief with both rifles. Finish and manufacturing, very well done.

The slide lock on the lever has a hole that runs through it just in front of the roll pin. You can run a small zip-tie through it and once done there is absolutely no chance of the mount coming off until the zip-tie is removed. That and what everyone else here has already said this single lever design is spot-on perfect.

Preforms exactly the way it should! Not a surprise that this is another top of the line product from a Bad Ass company located in the heart of TEXAS! Thanks again Larue, Clay Semper Fi

Really nicely thought out mount. It puts the eye relief right where it should be with the RCO ACOG. Highly recommended

I purchased the LT-681 for use with the ACOG RCO on an M4. Convenient since the product title says the mount is for the ACOG RCO... LaRue made it easy to buy and shipped it to me quickly. The build quality and finish is excellent and it fits perfectly on both the ACOG and the rail of the M4. The QD is small, light, easy to use, easy to adjust and didn't shift the point of aim/impact, even after several thousand rounds fired. Removing and replacing the ACOG with the LT-681 mount (300m zero) on the M4 had only a small change (less than 1 MOA) to the point of aim/impact when I was careful with the remounting. The mount allowed me to position the ACOG further back on the M4, which due to the very short eye relief of the ACOG (1.5in), is practically mandatory if you want to have a decent cheek weld and not have the charging handle whack you in the nose after every shot. Because I mounted the LT-681 to the rail as far back as possible, I was not able to put a rear BUIS (KAC) aft of the mount. I did mount it forward of the ACOG, which worked well, even if it was a bit odd. A previous reviewer solved the problem by using the KAC with a 45 degree offset. Alternatively, you could move the mount a few slots forward and mount the BUIS behind the ACOG. Any of the 3 options would work for me. Using the Biden aiming concept (fancy term for both eyes open) looking through the ACOG, I did not notice the the F type fixed front sight, a nice bonus if seeing the front sight bothers you. The bottom line is that LaRue is a pleasure to do business with, the LT-681 is an excellent mount at a reasonable price and an excellent option, regardless of whether or not you have an issue with the ACOG's short eye relief.
