1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

  • Errors in pricing, product descriptions, or availability

  • Orders flagged by payment processors or internal review

Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance of your order. Orders may be canceled or modified prior to shipment.

2. Payments

We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout.

  • All payments are subject to verification and authorization

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be verified

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice

  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders

Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in account restrictions.

3. Shipping

Orders are shipped from the United States.

Processing Time

  • Typically 1–2 business days for in-stock items

Risk of Loss

  • Ownership transfers upon delivery to the carrier (FOB shipping point)

Carrier Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for accurate shipping information

Signature Delivery

  • Optional unless required for certain items

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused, unmodified items.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase required

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless due to our error

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

5. Firearms & Restricted Items Compliance

Certain products are regulated by federal, state, and local law.

By purchasing, you certify that:

  • You are legally eligible to purchase and possess such items

  • You are not a prohibited person under applicable law

  • You will comply with all applicable regulations

FFL Transfers

  • Firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer where required

We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be legally fulfilled.

6. Export Compliance (ITAR/EAR)

Products may be subject to U.S. export control laws.

You agree that:

  • You will not export or transfer products in violation of U.S. law

  • You are not on any restricted or denied party list

  • You are not located in a sanctioned country

We reserve the right to cancel any order that may violate export laws.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We are not liable for unauthorized activity resulting from failure to secure your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content is the property of LaRue Tactical and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

All disputes shall be resolved in Williamson County, Texas.
