RMR Lower 1/3 Mount

I tried the RMR on a FNX 45 tactical for almost a year and found I shot better with irons. Now, what to do with it? I bought this mount and it is fantastic! I have Aimpoints and an Eotech and I think this may top them. Light, tough and great looking. Everthing Larue I have is great. Thank you.

I have owned a few mounts from LaRue Tactical. They have always been top notch. In my personal opinion I have to say they have outdone themselves with this cantilever mount for Trijicon RMR. I attached this mount to my LWRCI IC Enhanced 5.56 rifle. To say the co-witness is perfect would be a understatement. By far the best co-witness on any rifle i have ever seen. I have tried three other expensive brand throw lever mounts. The rest sit way to high and are wide and really hinder your ability to see your target. I could barely see through my iron sights and could barely make out the tip of the front sight. It is especially hard to keep both eyes open with any other mount i have tried due to its width and height. You will have no trouble what so ever with this Larue mount. This Larue RMR mount is much thinner and lighter than all the others i have tried. I don't know anyone at Larue personally. So this review is a pure review about the product itself. Many things come and go in the firearms industry. But quality is not one of them. Price point might be higher than some other mounts. When you have to buy two or three other brand mounts first and find out the hard way. You will realize this is not expensive and it will last a very long time! I have been working in the firearms industry for over 30 years. I don't do many reviews. This is not one i could pass up.

First product I've purchased direct from LaRue and everything i've heard has come true. Great customer service and product fits perfecty. I havent used yet but the quality appears to be top quality.

Building a PDW and the LT827 mount is perfect for my RMR. This is my first LaRue mount and it looks like I'll be replacing some other mounts with LaRue. Great quality.

I've had a couple different RMR mounts: this one by far is the best design. This allows for a perfect co-wintes on th flip up irons I run. This mount is lighter than the previous mount I was running. The whole goal was to make everything as light weight as possible. This mount fits perfectly in the "Light weight" as possible setup.

I ordered the LT827 to place my RMR on a Sig pistol and soon to be SBR. The quality of fit and finish are as perfect as can be for a top of the line optic mount and the mount is machined to a degree of beauty. I admire how streamlined and ergonomic it is and a perfect lower 1/3rd co-witness is achieved. I chose the VFZ option because this will be a permanent optic for this weapon system and personally felt it would provide a more robust and secure fit. I am beyond satisfied with my first Larue purchase and will definitely utilize them in future builds. I was initially hesitant on dropping this much coin on a mount and mulled it over for about three weeks, I feel a worthy investment has been made. Thank you Larue Tactical
