Unlike traditional fixed cheek risers that interfere with charging handle travel, the RISR™ features a spring-loaded reciprocating design that moves rearward with the charging handle and automatically returns forward when released.

The RISR is a great addition to my AR-15. I added it to a Magpul MOE stock and it really helped get the cheek weld at the proper height. The RISR is very well made, and the flat dark earth color matches the Magpul stock color perfectly. I really like the fact that I can still use the charging handle regardless of whether the stock is collapsed or fully extended also. Great product, great quality, highly recommended!

This RISR allows me to have a good cheek weld which leads to accurate and consistent shooting. Mounting only took a few minutes and it functions exactly the way it needs to. I was able to just snap it in place without screwing it down to see if it would work for me and when I got back from the range I installed it permanently. The extra screw is a nice touch as I have lost screws before on other projects and had to wait for parts to come from a manufacturer which took time. The price is only $10 more than the Magpul fixed option and this one doesn't interfere with charging the weapon.Thanks for all the swag also!
