The RISR is a quality piece of gear. Well made and LaRue sent a bunch of extra goodies along with the RISR. The RISR spring actuated flawlessly when charging the rifle and the charging handle is not impeded at all when doing so. Really innovative design and was easy to install... Took about 5mins. Be aware, this riser will not work well for standard AR height mounted optics. I have a 20moa mount on the rifle I purchased this riser for and it works well for that, however, I installed it on another of my rifles (for interest sake) that has a standard AR height mount and the RISR is too tall to get a a full sight picture - same goes for the standard height iron sights. This is no fault of the LaRue RISR. It is not intended for use with standard height optics so if you buy this just for the "cool factor", you may be disappointed. It definitely has the "cool factor" but you need to do your homework first, to see if this will compliment your setup. Great product, LaRue! As always, great customer service!

Super product.just what I needed for the elevated scope I had on 2 guns.sale price makes me want to buy more just in case, but I don't see much that could go wrong with the simple design.makes my ctr stock Rock. I added the thickest butt pad to my stocks along with the RISR.Prior I was itching to buy a UBR stock . After the upgrade I'm more than happy to keep what I have and save money. If your apprehensive about buying one , don't !!! You will be glad you did .

Another great experience and product from LaRue. This is the perfect height for me. I'm using it on a Colt LE6920 with Trijicon MRO on a LaRue LT849 mount. Was easy to install and works just as intended. Not sure what else you could ask for.

I have had my LaRue UDE CTR stock for several months and finally decided to get the cheek riser. As with everything that I have had with LaRue thus far, the quality and fit is excellent and it was a nice addition to my AR.

I was thinking about adding the the RISR for some time, I happened to check the web site and found it on sale, so I ordered one. It was very easy to install and functions as advertised. I was very pleased with the order/delivery process, received the product within 3 days of order. Itching to range test with scope, red dot and MBUS optics.

Easy install, raised the stock up enough I have a very comfortable platform now to take those longer steady shots. Best of all ITS MADE IN USA!!!

Great product! Works perfectly. I put this on an AR-15 that has a CASV rail (piggy back system that raises the optic). This was my first purchase from LaRue and will NOT be my last!
