LaRue RISR™ – Reciprocating Inline Stock Riser
Achieve the perfect cheek weld without sacrificing charging handle access.
The LaRue Tactical RISR™ (Reciprocating Inline Stock Riser) is designed for shooters running optics or elevated rail systems who need additional cheek support for consistent sight alignment. Unlike traditional fixed cheek risers that interfere with charging handle travel, the RISR™ features a spring-loaded reciprocating design that moves rearward with the charging handle and automatically returns forward when released.
This innovative system allows you to maintain a comfortable cheek position while still fully operating your rifle—even with the stock collapsed.
Constructed from durable glass-reinforced polymer, the RISR™ is lightweight, rugged, and built to withstand demanding use in the field. Installation is simple and requires only a few minutes using the included hardware.
Designed specifically to fit Magpul CTR® stocks without modification, the RISR™ provides a reliable solution for shooters seeking improved ergonomics and consistent shooting performance.

Just a fantastic upgrade! Helps me keep my head upright bringing the sight to my eye rather than the opposite. Easy to install. And, of course, looks awesome!

Used RISR to improve the cheekweld on a Ruger AC556K . The Machinegun is in a Sage stock chassis. I used a magpul CTR stock . The RISR allows my eye to instantly line up with an LPVO. It was easy to install. Well made and looks great. I need another one for a Recce Build.

Purchased on sale for only $19, unbelievable bang for the buck. Installed on an MOE in minutes with only a Phillips screwdriver. Perfect fit, comfortable and natural cheek weld, perfect sight picture with a Geiselle 30mm mount. Very high quality product.

I really like this product. My scope was mounted just a bit too high and buying a lower mount or getting a PRS stock were both super expensive. This was a cheap and easy fix and now my eye lines up perfectly with my scope while fully resting my cheek on the rest. However it is a bit uncomfortable if you wear overhead ear-pro. I also have canted iron sights and it's harder to acquire them now because my line of sight is above them. Just keep that in mind depending on your rifle set up.

I installed the two I received as soon as I took them out of the boxes. Took less than 5 minutes to install, second installed a little faster The only thing I would suggest to y’all is to supply just a little more lock tight with each.( just a smidgeon more.) I took them out within a couple of hours and was completely happy with the results, on both rifles. Thank y’all for the great accessory and the fast serve on processing and shipping.

Bought 2 on sale, one for a buddy and one for me. Install was very easy, took all of 20 minutes, just read the instructions. The action when you pull back your charging handle is awesome, its nice to be able to cycle the bolt without adjusting the buttstock. As for the height of provides, this riser put me dead on to where I wanted to be. I have a solid cheek weld and it's definitely made my shooting more consistent. Parallax is annoying, but a good cheek rest pretty much gets rod of it. Love it. Its solid, feels good, puts some weight on the buttstock too which helps balance my build. 10/10 great product. Will buy again on my next build. P.s. My buddy installed his, and absolutely loves it.

Much easier to set up on my Magpul CTR stock than I thought it would be, largely owing to the very high quality fabrication. It took less than 15 minutes. I was uncertain how well the non-adjustable cheek rise would work, but it turns out to be perfect height for my AR-15 setup and optics (a Vortex Strike Eagle scope mounted with a Vortex cantilever mount and rings), tested in standing, sitting, and prone positions. Operation of the charging handle is mechanically perfect, and although the spring tension in the cheek piece slide is quite firm, it is not objectionable. If you are accustomed to racking a Glock slide, the spring tension on this RISR is not a problem. Best of all, I took advantage of the sale discount right on the Larue website, only $19. What a deal.
