Picatinny Riser
Can't believe some rookie downgraded the riser because HE didn't know the difference between Picatinny and Weaver! If LaRue says Picatinny, they mean it! This is a great product for getting your scope in the perfect, quick-look position when you bring the rifle up to your shoulder. It gives you a lot of options and keeps the scope clear of the other mechanisms of the AR. As for the swag, well, LaRue doesn't have to send you any. Sounds like nobody can make you happy. BTW, the Dillo Dust on a filet is to die for.

CAVEAT EMPTOR! Make sure your base that you are mounting to, is a true MIL-STD picatinny rail! Not picatinny like, or weaver. If your rail has a sight channel like some Badger Ordnance, Leupold or EGW bases, it can cause damage and potential FAILURE of this part. Will work as described for TRUE picatinny spec'd bases. So make sure you know your base specs if you are going to buy this part. ( I didn't... d'oh!) The three stars is for the swag bag that came with the product. I think it would be nice if LaRue put a small heads up or warning on the description page, to over-emphasize that it must be a true picatinny base. Will update once new base comes in, have high hopes.

No surprises here! Another Rock Solid product from Larue! Was in a hurry to scope up my new custom .300 Blackout upper and couldn't quite swing the money for the LT104 which I have on my other guns. Decided to try this with a set of rings and it works flawlessly!! Took off, shot irons for awhile, back on, perfect zero! Every time! Later I'll get the LT104 and use this for the night vision scope I'm planning to get! :D

Picatinny Riser
I use this to mount a high-powered optic in low rings (from a Rem700) to my AR. The AR usually runs an LT-104 with a low-powered optic, but its nice to run a bit more magnification for load development, etc.
