LaRue Stealth M4 Billet Upper Receiver

This will be my second Larue build, and as always the product is perfect: exacting tolerances, perfect finish, receiver face is perfectly square. Exceptional product.

This is an EXCELLENT upper receiver; the fit was flawless and without any measurable "slop" on my Sun Devil ST15-ITG lower. Shipped when promised. Great quality as expected from LaRue!

If you are reading this I recommend you to buy it now, you'll thank me later. LaRue is by far the top of the line quality AR15 parts manufacture. You will regret it if/when LaRue hold off on production like their Lowers. Also LaRue Lowers are by Far the most sexiest, highest quality and aesthetic pleasing lowers. I've been begging LaRue with every orders I made to bring back the LaRue Lowers. Installation was tight with my Noveske barrel, I mated with 7.0 LaRue handguard, and LaRue Lower.

First off LaRue customer service is top notch, the knew every question I could throw at them and changed my shipping address mid route. The quality is everything I wish for, every angle was true all the markings were sharp and there were no burrs anywhere. The upper fit very tightly with my rock river lower. I highly recommend laure as they have gotten a customer for life.

I must say this is by far the best upper available!.... When I went to mate it with my lower it was tighter than a Nun's.......... well you know. Craftsmanship is unbelievable! Well worth the price!

After trying different uppers from various manufacturers, I finally found this upper from LT and it is perfection. Living in California is a hell of a mess when trying to find good parts, not that there are not enough, but high quality machining seems to be reserved to aerospace or biotech industries; one is almost required to work for NASA in order to have LT quality within reach. I tried Vltor, Mega, and others, and all without exception were sloppy on my POF lower (No LT lowers in stock here in San Diego), this is not the case with the LaRue upper; the fit is tight, there are no gaps or wiggles, the top rail is perfectly cut with no dips at the edges; the laser markings are clear and with no blurs or smudges anywhere; the anodizing is totally even everywhere, and completely smooth on the inside of the upper; it is certainly a work of art. The ejection port cover pin is installed completely flush with the hinge pin holes, and the snap ring for the pin is installed on the inside between the cover end and the pin hinge; while this might not seem as a big deal to many, I was extremely impressed with the level of thought applied to this very small detail, which makes the pin disappear from view; this is in fact an awesome engineering detail often missed by the engineerically untrained eye. I could keep on going but I'd be babbling; one last thing though, in view of the extremely high quality machining and the level of attention to detail payed to this part, the extra 50 bucks in cost compared to other uppers is completely negligible, I would have paid more if needed. If possible, I will not use any other manufacturer parts but LaRue for my next builds; I sure wish I lived in Texas.
