LaRue RAT™ Stock
The LaRue RAT™ Stock is a rugged, precision-engineered adjustable stock designed for AR-15 rifles using Mil-Spec receiver extensions. Built with simplicity and durability in mind, the RAT Stock features a unique two-stage trigger adjustment mechanism that allows shooters to easily change length of pull while maintaining solid lockup on each position.
CNC-machined internal components provide smooth operation and dependable engagement, while the snug internal fit eliminates unwanted play on the buffer tube. The result is a stable platform that enhances control and consistency.
Ambidextrous 1/4" QD swivel sockets and 1" sling slots provide flexible sling attachment options, and the locking rear buttplate opens to reveal internal storage compartments designed to hold cleaning kit components.

This was an excellent purchase and addition to my Larue build. Will be my first choice for any other AR platforms I’ll build with again. The cleaning kit was a great bonus also. Can’t beat the price easy install and removal. Every stock should be made this way.

HIGHLY UNDERATED STOCK OPTION! This is a grade A piece of kit. Very high quality fit and finish is top notch. At $48 bucks it is a steal is as well. Compared to a LMT/B5 SOMPMOD stock, this stock is just a hair slimmer but is x10 better! This stock compared to others on the market should be anywhere from $100-150 bucks! LaRue does not disappointment.

As a gunsmith, former LEO and United States Marine I have tried every commercialy available stock I have come across. This stock is hands down the most durable and well made collapsible AR platform stock I have used and I always recommend it as my personal favorite to customer and LEO's and even let them compare mine to what they currently use, nine out of ten times they try to buy the stock off my personal rifle. Love the RAT stock kit. Have them on all of my carbines. FYI, they fit the LaRue Receiver Extension tubes PERFECTLY (nice and tight).
