LaRue RAT™ Stock
The LaRue RAT™ Stock is a rugged, precision-engineered adjustable stock designed for AR-15 rifles using Mil-Spec receiver extensions. Built with simplicity and durability in mind, the RAT Stock features a unique two-stage trigger adjustment mechanism that allows shooters to easily change length of pull while maintaining solid lockup on each position.
CNC-machined internal components provide smooth operation and dependable engagement, while the snug internal fit eliminates unwanted play on the buffer tube. The result is a stable platform that enhances control and consistency.
Ambidextrous 1/4" QD swivel sockets and 1" sling slots provide flexible sling attachment options, and the locking rear buttplate opens to reveal internal storage compartments designed to hold cleaning kit components.

Thanks for this stock!! It's really SWEET!! I bought the stock, cleaning rods, buffer and tube kit with the recommended spring. I hightly recommend this stuff. It's made to last. I don't have any slop or play like others have suggested. Perhaps that due to the fact I sourced it all from the same place? Not sure. However, I'm seriously happy with this product and have recommended it to all my friends! In fact most of them have already visited this site and are planning purchases out of envy. You do have to admit it's pretty damn handy!! A++++ LaRue keep at it!!

Who designed this thing? I ordered the buffer kit with the stock as a complete unit and everything is solid and fits together perfectly with my seekins lower. But I have never seen a stock this solid and complicated in my life, it looks like it could survive being hit by a train. Meanwhile it is significantly lighter than the ergo 93 stock I had on my first build.

Great fit on my standard mil-spec tube, very tight, no wobble at all. This is a very nice stock and I will be switching out stocks on my other guns with the RAT stock. Took a little while to get, but that is the market these days, worth the wait. Great job LaRue!

Great stock! Just put it on so I havent had a chance to take it out yet but the fit is superb. It is light weight but well built and provides a very comfortable cheek weld. Larue does it again.

Excellent product in function, fit & finish! Easy operation of all functions and the cleaning rods seem stronger than brass rods in the typical kit. 100% LaRue!

I ordered one of these the day they were released and it showed up today. I just got home and gave it a test fit on one of the builds I am working on. The build has an LT milspec tube and I swear they must have been machined as a matched set, the fit is that good. Nice and snug and takes a little effort to move, zero and I mean zero detectable slip/play or wobble. I have been running CTR's on my other rifles and this thing makes them look like a crapco stock. LT hit this one out of the park as far as I am concerned, same LT quality and the same great service. I will be upgrading my other rifles to RATS as funds allow. Thanks to everyone at LT for again raising the bar on quality and service.

Got my two in today, one in black and one in UDE, I really like them so far. Overall the stock seems very robust and durable and very snug to the receiver extension so there is no waggle. I like the two stage trigger design and the trigger lock, it makes installation and removal a snap. The rod seems flimsy but it would probably only be used when your in a pinch. First impression is this is a very good product, I'll let you know in a day or two how it performs at the range.
