LaRue RAT™ Stock
The LaRue RAT™ Stock is a rugged, precision-engineered adjustable stock designed for AR-15 rifles using Mil-Spec receiver extensions. Built with simplicity and durability in mind, the RAT Stock features a unique two-stage trigger adjustment mechanism that allows shooters to easily change length of pull while maintaining solid lockup on each position.
CNC-machined internal components provide smooth operation and dependable engagement, while the snug internal fit eliminates unwanted play on the buffer tube. The result is a stable platform that enhances control and consistency.
Ambidextrous 1/4" QD swivel sockets and 1" sling slots provide flexible sling attachment options, and the locking rear buttplate opens to reveal internal storage compartments designed to hold cleaning kit components.

I liked this stock so much, I now own three. I just purchased the latest one sale from Larue and mounted it on a Noveske Lower. This stock feels great and while some folks say there is a rattle, I do not have any rattle on two separate rifles. It is well built and as usual, LT stuff just works.

I added this stock to a Sig 716 rifle. I have had shoulder surgery in the past and the factory sig stock with the hard ridged butt plate caused quite a bit of pain. The RAT stock had a butt plate soft enough to be very comfortable on an old injury but perfect for excellent handling. The cleaning rod in the stock is a great idea as well. There is a perfect space in the stock for a brush and jag as well. Once again, another great quality LaRue produce. Thanks!

Very sturdy and a well made stock! Alot beefier than the Magpul CTR stock. Larue's R.A.T. stock is a well thought out design and feels like it is tank proof and fits perfect on the buffer tube, no need for the lock like my Magpul CTR to prevent wobble. My son liked mine so much he ordered one for his Colt!

Great addition to my "RAT" stock! Works well and a perfect fit-as expected. Doesn't add a lot of weight on the backend.

Extremely pleased. The stock is robust and pleasing to the touch. The fit on mine is flawless and I especially like the on board cleaning rod. On the very first trip to the range, another shooter needed to dislodge a stuck case and had forgotten his cleaning rod. Mine was rather handy.
