LaRue RAT™ Stock
The LaRue RAT™ Stock is a rugged, precision-engineered adjustable stock designed for AR-15 rifles using Mil-Spec receiver extensions. Built with simplicity and durability in mind, the RAT Stock features a unique two-stage trigger adjustment mechanism that allows shooters to easily change length of pull while maintaining solid lockup on each position.
CNC-machined internal components provide smooth operation and dependable engagement, while the snug internal fit eliminates unwanted play on the buffer tube. The result is a stable platform that enhances control and consistency.
Ambidextrous 1/4" QD swivel sockets and 1" sling slots provide flexible sling attachment options, and the locking rear buttplate opens to reveal internal storage compartments designed to hold cleaning kit components.

I just received my RAT stock tonight! I have looked at so many and there are quite a few that I really like. I decided to give the RAT a try and I am so happy I did. It has such a snug feel. Absolutely no rattle and the cheek weld I get is amazing for being right out of the box. The FDE color matches some other furniture great. I was especially surprised to see the extra treats inside the box. Thanks Larue. I am seriously considering buying another for my work rifle. It's way better than my issued stock.

I put this on my new 308 SWAT built AR. It matches great with the FDE finish. I had a magpul stock on it and took it off. Looks great and feels great. This is the stock I was looking for! Well worth the money! Great Larue product, as usually!

The best product ever! I have never had a bad experience with Larue! Currently shooting a 7.62 OBR Larue Tactical with a 16" barrel and a FBI HRT 308 precession bolt action and love it.

Outstanding quality, I liked it so much I bought a new buffer tube for my RRA 300 blk and installed a second one there. Mine was slightly still but loosened up in one hunting trip. Both are very comfortable to shoot, operate and carry. Cant say enough positive about it, highly recommend!

This stock was simple to install compared to Magpul. I would give it 5 dillos but it was not very smooth to operate. I oiled the release spring and used slip 2000 on the buffer tube to allow it to move more freely. Not a big deal considering we all leave it in one spot every time we shoot. Cheek welds are fantastic. Haven't used on a range yet but i suspect it will be rock solid. I would order again.

I have one arm. I own a Troy Battle ax stock and I love it. I took left over Hex Tape and decorated the right panel side. I took me 20 minutes to get it perfect. The Troy Battle Ax is horrible for me to remove. I have to put a large screw driver in my mouth to do that. And it very difficult with one hand to remove the back cover with a bullet. I love choices on the range. I gave the Larue RAT stock a try. Right out the box, my mouth dropped. All the other stocks on the market , this was the right choice for me. It was so easy to remove the rear panel with one hand. I had a little trouble getting the stock to lock in the rear hole. It was me, not the RAT Stock. I was not holding my mouth right. Baw-ha ! Ha ! Ha ! Ha ! The cleaning rod kit is an awesome design. $20, worth every dime. "no rattle" I just bought some Hex Magazines and Hex Tape. I took the left over Hex Tape and decorated the cheek piece of the RAT stock. I took me 2 minutes and a 100% perfect fit. These two products are made for each other. Larue Tactical makes my life , so much better. I love all the free stuff you sent me , you treat your customers like family. Thank You Very Much ! I will be back , forever ! Customer for life !
