LaRue RAT™ Stock

The LaRue RAT™ Stock is a rugged, precision-engineered adjustable stock designed for AR-15 rifles using Mil-Spec receiver extensions. Built with simplicity and durability in mind, the RAT Stock features a unique two-stage trigger adjustment mechanism that allows shooters to easily change length of pull while maintaining solid lockup on each position.

CNC-machined internal components provide smooth operation and dependable engagement, while the snug internal fit eliminates unwanted play on the buffer tube. The result is a stable platform that enhances control and consistency.

Ambidextrous 1/4" QD swivel sockets and 1" sling slots provide flexible sling attachment options, and the locking rear buttplate opens to reveal internal storage compartments designed to hold cleaning kit components.

I have several Larue mounts and other accessories including this stock. This stock is like everything else Larue makes. Solid as a rock. I could use the stock itself as a weapon if the rest of my system shut down in the trenches. Solid. EMP Solar flare, democratic takeover,

A quality product. Probably one of the top 3 butt stocks for an AR rifle. A bit different in adjustment design , yet is solid in lock -up ,well constructed , nice finish an fit.

This stock is awesome! Like in the true LaRue fashion take something good and make it better. As a machinist I'm a bit more focused with the detail and let me tell you this stock is spot on they did a beautiful mold process and deburing, the ease of setting the stock length is much easier compared to other stocks, it feels right. The runner padding falls good when shouldered and when fired. Any ar I own from here on out will have this stock on it. If you're second guessing another brand don't this stock is worth the price 100%

Awesome. Like the trigger mechanism and lock. Very well put together. Fit and finish are excellent. Put this on a gen 2 Pal**tto St*te PA10. There is the slightest bit of play on their receiver extension, but way less than the Magp*l stock this has replaced. Would also be neat if there were different thicknesses of buttpads.

I purchased the LaRue Tactical RAT stock to replace a well known manufacturer’s “lessor quality” stock which from day one had to much play due slack manufacturing tolerances. The RAT stock upon install immediately corrected the former stocks play, well engineered with precision tolerances, thank you LaRue!
