LaRue RAT™ Stock
The LaRue RAT™ Stock is a rugged, precision-engineered adjustable stock designed for AR-15 rifles using Mil-Spec receiver extensions. Built with simplicity and durability in mind, the RAT Stock features a unique two-stage trigger adjustment mechanism that allows shooters to easily change length of pull while maintaining solid lockup on each position.
CNC-machined internal components provide smooth operation and dependable engagement, while the snug internal fit eliminates unwanted play on the buffer tube. The result is a stable platform that enhances control and consistency.
Ambidextrous 1/4" QD swivel sockets and 1" sling slots provide flexible sling attachment options, and the locking rear buttplate opens to reveal internal storage compartments designed to hold cleaning kit components.

Great Product, fit is good not sloppy, own 2 soon to be 3, only wish there was an option for a thicker butt pad some of the bigger calibers need a little cush.

Its a great stock especially for the price but I now have purchased three of them and they are all very very tight fitting on many different buffer tubes at first. There is definitely a breaking in period. Overall excellent functionality and deisgn.

Learn From My Mistake I bought this stock on sale. It showed up, I went to put it on a milspec buffer tube and it wouldn't fit. I called, sat on hold a while and finally got to talk to somebody who told me this is a common issue with an easy fix. The stock is designed to fit tight and not rattle. So lube up your buffer tube, muscle that stock onto it, and let it sit for about a week. The stock will loosen up and you can keep adjusting the pull length until it frees up some more. The Larue employee knew what he was talking about (unsurprisingly) and it all went exactly as he said it would and I couldn't be happier with the purchase.

Absolutely love these stocks. First one was from 2015. On my 4th. They just never die and make for a great cheek weld.
