Solid product that is very customizable. Not too big with excellent tactile feel. Highly recommend over larger covers.

Instructions say "simply" snap on rail. All but 4 of them fought tooth & nail to go on. Once in place though, they are secure as the rail. The quality of the materials is what you'd expect from Larue.

Rail Clips are a GREAT idea! I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my MK18 set-up and I find the rail clips to be the most versatile covers on the market. The special wire retention clips (hooks and stays) work perfectly at their intended purpose. A single set of 72 clips was sufficient, of itself, to complete my set-up with several left over. They snap into place with authority and they appear to be very durable (I can easily tuck a couple of spares inside my pistol grip just in case). The "Dillo" tool works wonderfully to remove them with ease and, more importantly, without damaging my rails. At first, I applied too much force and the clips went everywhere. I soon learned to place the rear "foot" under the clip and gently lift the "tail" using only that amount of pressure necessary to pop it up, and now life is good! The "Dillo" and the clips are a perfect combination for customizing an AR. I like the feel of these clips as well as their appearance. I highly recommend them without reservation. No kidding - they're the best thing to come along since cartridges!

Have these covering three entire rails on my Dannys. Says a lot. I wish they came in different amounts. 72 is not enough to cover a full length rail. Excellent product. Never had one come off and I'm always knocking them around corners and stuff.

Exceptional quality, seem to be durable, the only grip is that you have to be creative able putting them on because some can be a pain, however that does ensure that they won't fall off!

Put any doubts to rest. These rail covers are perfect. I don't have much to say about them other than that. What I do want to comment on is the customer service. A box from Larue earrive to my house right on time. It felt heavy for what I ordered. When I opened it, I became a Larue customer for life. In addition to my order, which was packaged perfectly and even had QA stickers on it to make sure it was correct, there were several free additions. Two bumper stickers (which were awesome), two catalogs, pocket copies of the Constitution (never hurts to brush up on it), a tactical paint mixer/lid (never even knew it existed, but considering I just moved into a new house, it was perfect) and lastly, multiple cards saying who packed it (Geraldo) and their exchange policy. I was floored. Ever have those moments when you try a company for the first time and are pleasantly surprised? This experience was so unexpected, I mean I knew Larue made excellent products, but come on. Once again, customer for life. I will look for reasons to shop here again.

This is the second set of index clips I have purchased, and they are the perfect option for rail covers. They provide the necessary protection and a textured grip surface for the rail without the bulk of other rail covers, and they will most certainly stay in place. I bought a Dillo for quick and easy removal. It has always been a pleasure doing business with Larue Tactical, so buy with confidence.
