Put one on my S&W MP15. Fits great, looks great. Fit well in my hand and feels secure. "Rough" is not so rough. Probably will get another for my DPMS. MUCH better than stock grips that come with rifle. Liked all the free goodies that LaRue sent along with it.

I built my AR at a local shop, so I got to try out a few grips, including this, a Hogue, Magpul, and the regular mil-spec style grips. As soon as I felt this one fill my hand, I was almost positive that no other grip would equal, and I was correct. I bought another to use on a future build, and will probably get one to replace the Magpul on the other AR I have. The design is ambidextrous, and fills my left or right hand perfectly. I can't express how much I love this grip and the company that made it. Along with the grip, they sent me their Armadillo bottle opener, a couple great bumper stickers, as well as a "Merry Christmas" card at no extra cost. To me, that just blows my mind. Great Texas company with great products and service.

Best ar grip on the market. I own 2 and have 2 more on the way. Get the rough finish, it's perfect. And as always Larue customer service is world class.

Fits the hand well. I have huge palms, so I think I would prefer a bit more palm swell, but I don't care THAT much anyway. I put this on with a Magpul FCS, and the length of pull is a bit short with the angle on this grip, so if you're considering it, make sure that you're planning on something full length for your stock. By the way, I've put an extension on my stock, so it works great. Highly suggest buying this, especially since it's cheaper than most other stuff out there. Super great buy.

The A-PEG makes for a comfortable and positive grip in my hand, and is well made. The fit to the lower receiver (AR-15 version here) is nice and snug, and it's hard to beat the price. The despite the name, the 'smooth' version still has a nice grippy feel to the surface texture.
