Great textured grip, fits my hand perfectly and is on all my platforms that accept an AR style grip. Thank you for the extra gifts, kinda hard to give any constructive criticism to perfection. Keep up the good work and cranking out the best products.

I have these on all my rifles now. Great quality, really comfortable, comes with a hex grip screw. I get the rough texture and it's perfect for use with out gloves and not harsh at all. I will continue to buy these.

It's the grip that grips you back. Fit was tight for sure, but nothing a soft faced hammer couldn't take care of. Once I had the wear marks, I just gently sanded with an emery board. Still left enough material to make it a tighter then Magpul fit. Fells good and inspires confidence even with gloved or wet hands. Me like. You'll like it too.

This is without a doubt the most ergonomic ar15 grip on the market. Its thicker than a standard a2 and fills your hand very nicely. As someone else mentioned this grip in terms of its side profile is similar to what you find on an HK91 but the contours with the palm swell and contours are very similar to an HK P30/VP9. If you like the grip on those pistols you will love this grip. Extremely ergonomic with all the contours in the right places. Its night and day versus an A2. The rough texture is not too rough and does not tear up a bare hand. The quality of the molding is EXCELLENT with non existent mold lines. The grip went right on my Colt 6920 SOCOM with no modifications. It was pretty snug and a few taps with a soft faced hammer on the grip got it down nice and snug. There is absolutely no movement. Though La Rue provided a perfectly good hex bolt I reused the screw that came with my Colt. This grip is a great value and is definitely worth the money.

I found this grip to be comfortable to hold the compound it is made of is hard but I really like it. When installing the grip I hade to use a small file to get it to seat against the lower, took less than 5 minutes to get it to fit the way I wanted it to. For the record I like this grip so much that I have two of them that I used on a set of twin ARs that I built.

The A-Peg smooth is perfect. Don't let the smooth fool you, it has the perfect amount of texture for grip and control. This is the only grip I use on my custom builds for clients and my personal weapons.

I purchased several of these a couple years ago and loved them. I put them on the rest of my AR's, including my entry weapon at work. I recently purchased (March 2016) two of them for a couple builds I was working on for other squad members and neither one fits any lower I have tried to install them on. The tail of the grip will have to be filed down considerably in order to fit the lowers. I do understand that with each AR/lower manufacturer comes "creative" licensing and "mil-spec" quotes for their designs, but something is off somewhere if the grips do not fit on 5 different lowers. I don't mind making the adjustments to the grips, just an FYI to those at LaRue. I feel like I'm punishing my child by giving a 3 review!!! Lol...you guys turn out such great products, hate to leave it.

I loved this grip on my AR so much I bought a second one for my 870 with a Mesa Tactical high mount stock. I have long fingers and the narrow A2 grip put the trigger right into the crease of my index finger. With the A-PEG, my finger rests naturally on the trigger. The "smooth" grip has more than enough texture for bare hands. If I had another firearm that used an AR pattern grip, I'd order another A-PEG.
