LaRue Battle Knife®
A True Battle Knife
The LaRue Battle Knife® is purpose-built for control, durability, and versatility. The beautifully contoured forward finger groove blends seamlessly into the quillon, providing exceptional control in a traditional saber grip (blade forward, edge down) while remaining equally comfortable and balanced in a reverse-blade grip (tip down, edge forward). This design allows for punching, slicing, and stabbing motions while helping protect the wrist from exposure.
Though designed for combat, the LaRue Battle Knife® is equally at home on a backcountry hunt.

The quality is what you would get from a Master Bladesmith knife. I’ve been looking for a knife with this profile but there are just a few. Perfect profile for a combat knife. It will see hard use for sure.

A piece of American Craftsmanship. Sharp, well balanced and came with some goodies. I got a free hat and the design spec of the blade in the package. I like the hardy sheath and the attention to detail that went into this blade. Definitely an heirloom I can pass down to my kids.

Being a longtime customer, and having experience with all of the other LaRue products, I knew it was going to be a good knife. It is. It’s worth twice what he is charging. Get one before you can’t.

After seeing this 20 years ago on the LaRue website honoring Bob Horrigan, they were already sold out. I've checked the website ever since hoping they would bring this back. Sure enough they did, and it was worth the wait. Stupid sharp and a custom sheath to boot. Mark, thanks for bringing this back for another run!
